You see the full price before you book — no meters and no negotiating. Fares are quoted in the local currency of the country you are riding in and charged to the card saved in your app.
Open the trip in your ride history and report the lost item. That starts a message thread with your driver, so you can describe what you left and agree a time and place for the return. If the driver has it and accepts, a small return fee is charged to your saved card — you see the amount before you accept, and nothing is charged if the driver doesn’t have the item.
